Jim Judd has been an educator for almost 30 years and currently serves as Timpanogos Middle School’s principal in Heber City, Utah. There, Jim helped lead the PLC process, which resulted in TMS being named a Model PLC at Work® school.

Ann Kaiser is an educational consultant dedicated to the inclusion of engineering design in K–12 classrooms. She has more than 30 years of experience as an engineer and educator.

Timothy D. Kanold, PhD, an award-winning educator and author, is former superintendent of Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125, a Model PLC at Work® district in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Belinda Dunnick Karge, PhD, is a professor in the doctoral studies program at Concordia University Irvine and a professor emeritus at California State University, Fullerton. She has also served as a K–12 teacher and administrator.
