Nancy Karlin Flynn, EdD, has been an administrator in the Saint Paul Public School district for 24 years, serving as an elementary, junior high, and middle school principal. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring aspiring principals and school leaders.

Gail Markin is a counselor and teacher who has worked to support health and well-being across British Columbia. She began her career as a social worker, family counselor, and parent educator.

Robert Mountjoy is the former principal of West Side Elementary School in Rossville, Georgia, where he led his staff in developing a collaborative culture centered around the three big ideas of a professional learning community (PLC). He is passionate about equity, data-driven practices, and schoolwide systems.
