Jen Minor has over 28 years of experience in education as a principal supervisor, principal, assistant principal, PLC Coach, and teacher. Her guidance for administrators and teachers significantly contributed to the district being recognized as a Model PLC School District in May 2021. Jen supports schools throughout the country with the professional learning community and response to intervention school improvement processes.

Kristi Mixdorf has 27+ years of experience as an educator. She has led culture and climate initiatives, developed school improvement plans, and led the implementation of the PLC process, resulting in her school becoming a Model PLC at Work® School.

Kim Monkres is the principal of Snow Canyon High School, located in St. George, Utah. She began her career 22 years ago as a high school English and communications teacher and has coaching experience as well.

Amy Moore leads Deer Valley Unified School District’s PLC vision and mission as the professional learning manager. In May 2021, Deer Valley Unified School District was recognized as a model PLC district.

Kimberly Moore, EdD, is the director of educator development and effectiveness with over 20 years of experience as a teacher, coordinator, assistant principal, and principal. She specializes in professional learning communities and RTI at Work™, supporting schools and districts in building effective systems to improve learning for all students.

Kathryn Morem, EdD, has served as a dedicated leader in education for over 30 years. As a leading expert for Solution Tree, Dr. Morem partners with school and district leaders across the country to achieve top-tier rankings.

Cody Mothershead has worked with the White River School District for over 15 years and has been involved in implementing PLCs as a teacher, team leader, assistant principal, and now currently leads the work as a principal.

Robert Mountjoy is the former principal of West Side Elementary School in Rossville, Georgia, where he led his staff in developing a collaborative culture centered around the three big ideas of a professional learning community (PLC). He is passionate about equity, data-driven practices, and schoolwide systems.

Anthony Muhammad, PhD, is an author and international thought leader. He worked as a practitioner for nearly 20 years, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. He is recognized as one of the fields leading experts in the areas of school culture and Professional Learning Communities at Work^®.

Jeremy Muse, EdD, has worked in education for more than 24 years. After leading annual student growth during his five years as principal of a K–8 school, he was named the 2022 Louisiana Middle School Principal of the Year.
