Anthony Grazzini, EdD, is the director of grants and accountability with Cicero School District 99. He is responsible for leading school improvement initiatives and designing professional learning within the district’s 16 schools. With over 20 years in education, Dr. Grazzini has served as a teacher, collaborative team leader, department director, curriculum director, and assistant superintendent.

Dr. Grazzini’s educational experiences have allowed him to collaborate with diverse people to meet all students’ needs. Under his leadership, J. As director of grants and accountability, Dr. Grazzini has led the PLC at Work process in Cicero schools. He provides guidance and feedback to schools to develop professional learning communities; thus far, two of the schools he has worked with have become Model PLC at Work schools.

Dr. Grazzini received a bachelor’s degree in public policy administration and a certification in secondary education from Lakeland University in 1994. After several years coaching college and high school football, he earned his master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from Benedictine University in 2001. After becoming a school administrator, he pursued his doctorate in educational administration, which he obtained from National Louis University in 2019.
