Ashley Mistretta

Ashley Mistretta is a K–8 mathematics specialist and currently serves as an instructional coach at Rose Hill Elementary School, part of Fairfax County Public Schools. In this role, Ashley coaches teams of teachers on how to integrate technology into their daily lessons. Previously, she worked at Rose Hill Elementary School and Woodlawn Elementary School as a mathematics instructional coach. Ashley’s primary focus is on developing the collaborative process as she works toward the mission of high levels of learning for all.

Ashley has significant experience in providing teacher teams with professional learning in the areas of assessment, differentiated instruction, and instructional practices around conceptual mathematics.

She received a bachelor’s degree from Alvernia University and a master’s degree specializing in K–8 mathematics leadership from George Mason University.
