Brandi Genenbacher, EdD, serves as the director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment at Orchard Farm R-V School District in Missouri, where she supports K–12 staff in implementing professional learning communities and data-driven interventions.

Brandi Genenbacher, EdD, serves as the director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment at Orchard Farm R-V School District in Missouri. With a focus on curriculum development, assessment programming, and instructional practices, Dr. Genenbacher supports K–12 staff in implementing professional learning communities and data-driven interventions. Previously, she served as an assistant principal at Orchard Farm Elementary and as a school improvement consultant for the St. Louis Regional Professional Development Center, where she trained and coached school administrators and teacher teams on utilizing the professional learning communities (PLC) and response to intervention (RTI) frameworks as well as effective instructional and behavioral practices. Prior to going into coaching and administration, she was a fourth- and fifth-grade teacher.
As a school administrator, Dr. Genenbacher led her team to being named a Model PLC at Work® school. She served as an instructional leader, supporting students and staff socially, emotionally, and academically. She led staff in developing essential learning outcomes, implementing standards-based grading, and implementing The Leader In Me program.
Dr. Genenbacher believes in developing other leaders and is dedicated to continuous improvement and sharing best practices with fellow educators. She works closely with new administrators by serving as a mentor and group facilitator for the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS). Dr. Genenbacher has presented at several state-level conferences, including the Missouri Powerful Learning Conference, Missouri Professional Learning Communities Summer Leadership Academy, Missouri Association for Elementary School Principals Conference, Missouri Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support Conference, and Missouri District Continuous Improvement Conference.
Dr. Genenbacher earned her doctorate in leadership in teaching and learning as well as an education specialist degree and a master’s degree in educational administration from Missouri Baptist University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
