Chris Bergmann serves as an assistant principal at Timnath Middle-High School, part of the Poudre School District in Fort Collins, Colorado. Previously, he spent 17 years as an administrator, science teacher, and coach at Kinard Middle School, a Model PLC at Work® School. His passions include fostering healthy school culture, developing high-performing teams, empowering student leaders with executive functioning skills, and establishing restorative practices for student behaviors.
