Cory Radisch

Cory Radisch is the statewide continuous improvement specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education in the Office of Comprehensive Support, working with schools identified for support under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).Throughout his career, Cory has implemented and developed professional learning communities, working diligently to transform school culture.

In addition to working in schools in New Jersey, Cory has given presentations and led workshops across the country on a variety of topics. His main areas of focus are PLCs, positive behavior support in schools (PBSIS), and transforming school culture. He partnered with a school in Honduras for two consecutive summers and currently cohosts The Status GROW Podcast. One of the crowning moments of his career is appearing alongside the late, great Richard DuFour in the endorsements on the back cover of the book Starting a Movement.

Cory received a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Rider University.
