“You were able to actually show us what a working PLC looks like. Learning all of the steps and what we really need to be successful was exactly what we needed.”

Rebecca Gates, teacher, Yellville-Summit School District, Arkansas

“Doug did a great job. I especially loved that he is a practicing superintendent. The perspective is appreciated.”

Mitch Mawhorter, superintendent, Plymouth Community School Corporation, Indiana

“Great job. I really enjoyed your presentation style and the way you gave us plenty of time to think about and discuss the material we were learning. As you presented I kept thinking I really want to go to Clear Lake, but by then, I realized that what I wanted was for where I am to become that kind of place.”

Ken Olson, assistant principal, Plymouth Community School Corporation, Indiana
