Eileen Garris

Eileen Garris has served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal throughout her educational career. She has supervised and led multiple teams spanning grades preK–5 and has also led and supported her school and teacher teams through the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work® process, maintaining a focus on the three big ideas and the four critical questions of a PLC. Eileen is devoted to building collective teacher efficacy through the collaborative work of teams.

Eileen earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
