Jacquelyn Buchert

Jacquelyn Buchert currently serves as a grade-level instructional coach at Kildeer Countryside School District 96, a Model PLC at Work® district. Her past roles include primary grade teacher, inclusion specialist, language development coach, and English as a second language (ESL) teacher, where she guided educators to implement best practices and create inclusive environments. She specializes in supporting teachers to empower diverse learners.

Having led initiatives such as a districtwide social and emotional learning (SEL) pilot program, Jacquelyn has partnered with administrators to analyze program data for further improvement. During her time as an inclusion specialist, she enhanced student learning through the use of AI and technology in the classroom. Her professional experience spans instructional coaching, curriculum development, and providing personalized coaching to help students achieve grade-level standards.

She has been honored to lead professional development sessions for teachers on ESL strategies and has been a key member of the district SEL team.

Jacquelyn earned a master’s in administrative leadership and a master’s in curriculum & instruction, ESL, from Concordia University Chicago. She also has an ESL endorsement from National Louis University and holds a bachelor’s in elementary education from DePaul University.
