Jaime Greene

Jaime Greene, EdD, currently serves as principal of Lincoln Heights Middle School in Morristown, Tennessee. She focuses her work on collaboration as a tool for better learning, professional learning community (PLC) processes, and helping leaders develop skills to form effective PLCs in their schools. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she is passionate about sharing her work and ensuring high levels of learning for all students.

Dr. Greene has been involved in developing high-quality professional learning in the state of Tennessee for several years. She has served on the state’s English Language Arts Standards committee, developed content for statewide training in ELA, and served on the Tennessee Department of Education Professional Learning Committee. Her school has been twice recognized by the Tennessee Department of Education as a Reward School for student growth significantly above expectations, a distinction credited to the PLC process and high-level collaboration.

Dr. Greene received her undergraduate education from Carson-Newman University, her master’s from the University of Tennessee, her education specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University, and her education doctorate from Carson-Newman University. She is currently on track to receive her certificate of school management and leadership from Harvard in April 2023.
