Jennifer Wise is an experienced mathematics educator currently serving at the district level as a K–12 mathematics coordinator in South Carolina. Over 15 years of experience have bred a commitment to ensuring all students receive high-quality mathematics instruction.
Jennifer is active in her district leadership team and supports schools in learning and implementing the PLC at Work® process. She has worked with teams to establish common district skeleton plans and assessments.
Jennifer was recognized as the 2015 South Carolina mathematics awardee for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching, the 2017 South Carolina teacher of the year, and a 2017 Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellow.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree with an emphasis in secondary mathematics from the University of South Carolina.
