Karina Cole

Karina Cole is the director of curriculum for the Neosho School District. She has 19 years of experience as a classroom teacher and instructional coach and has supported buildings in two districts to become Model Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work® schools. She is focused on improving student learning through collaboration and harnessing the power of data to inform instruction.

Karina has presented to audiences locally and across the nation on topics including PLC practices, literacy, proficiency learning, assessment and data, response to intervention (RTI), and problem-based learning (PBL).

Karina has her master’s degree in school leadership from Northwest Missouri State University and was certified as a literacy specialist through the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
