Kelli Fuller

Kelli Fuller helped lead her school, Howard Perrin Elementary in Benton, Arkansas, to model PLC status as their instructional facilitator. She currently focuses on building teacher capacity and increasing student success through professional learning, data-driven instruction, and the implementation of PLC processes.

Kelli taught for 12.5 years at the elementary level. She then transitioned to the role of instructional coach and provided support for teachers in the areas of math, literacy, and science. She also led staff members through the process of unwrapping and prioritizing standards, constructing rubrics, developing common assessments, and analyzing assessment data to drive further instruction and practices.

Kelli earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from University of the Ozarks and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University. She is a national board-certified educator. She is also a member of the Arkansas Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
