Kimber Fessler

Kimber Fessler serves as the principal of Clark Elementary in Evanston, Wyoming. An educator for nearly 20 years, she has experience in classroom teaching both primary and intermediate grades, instructional coaching (K–6), and administration. As a lifelong learner, she brings many perspectives to the important work of ensuring all students are learning at high levels.

Kimber has successfully led the implementation of the PLC at Work® process from the ground up. She specializes in inspiring teachers and administrators in the important work of professional learning communities, response to intervention, and school community and culture.

Kimber earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
