Dr. Kristian Edgeman has over 15 years of experience in education. Throughout her career, she has served as a middle school teacher, interventionist, academic coach, and assistant principal at the high school level. In these roles, she played a key part in helping both schools achieve Model PLC at Work® status. As the current principal of Ringgold Elementary School in Ringgold, Georgia, Dr. Edgeman leads her team of educators on a collaborative journey, fostering significant growth and achieving outstanding results.
