Kristin Ernst is an instructional coach at Bowman Middle School in Plano, Texas, where she spent the past six years implementing the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work® process. Working closely with teams, she guides and nurtures collaboration centered around the four critical questions with the ultimate goal of significantly impacting student achievement campuswide. Previously, she was a middle school English teacher and an athletic coach before moving into her current role.
