Leanne Olinger

Leanne Olinger is a literacy specialist and instructional coach for the Fort Mill School District in South Carolina. She has served as a public educator for 18 years and is dedicated to providing individualized learning experiences to educators and students alike.

As a literacy coach, she assists schools in building a framework for collaboration and intervention to help all students succeed. Establishing a culture of literacy and using reading as a vehicle for increasing equity are two of her passions. Leanne’s leadership roles include mentoring new teachers and serving as the chair for the English department and the Professional Learning committee. She is also the recipient of five grants.

Leanne is currently pursuing an Ed.S. in educational leadership and is slated to graduate in August of 2021. Additionally, she has earned a M. Ed. in Literacy from Winthrop University and is nationally board certified in early and middle childhood literacy.
