Patricia Musick is the executive director of elementary education at Willis Independent School District in Willis, Texas. Her focus is coaching instructional leaders at elementary and district levels through the PLC Process in order to grow their students and teachers.

Patricia Musick is the executive director of elementary education at Willis Independent School District in Willis, Texas. Her focus is on coaching instructional leaders at elementary and district levels through the PLC Process in order to grow their students and teachers.
Previously, Patricia served as high school assistant principal before moving into the role of elementary principal for twelve years in diverse districts, where she guided each campus in their PLC journey. In fact, in her current district role, two of the six elementary schools in the district have been recognized as Model PLC Schools. During her career she has received several accolades such as New Caney Independent School District Outstanding Leadership, the Rising Star award and Innovative Teacher of the Year.
Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a minor in reading at Stephen F. Austin State University, her master’s degree in educational administration from Sam Houston State University and holds her superintendency certification.
