Arkansas Office of Educational Policy Recognizes Outstanding School Achievements

Bloomington, Ind. (April 10, 2025)—The University of Arkansas’ Office for Educational Policy recently announced the recipients of its 2024 Outstanding Educational Performance Awards, which recognize schools and districts that have demonstrated exceptional growth in student academic performance. The OEP awards highlight the schools around the state where students are demonstrating the greatest academic growth based on the 2024 ATLAS assessments, reflecting the dedication of Arkansas school administrators, teachers, and staff to positively impact student achievement. Recognition is based on content growth scores, calculated by the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education, which assesses how much students at each school and district have improved from the prior year, compared to how other students with similar prior achievement have progressed.
