Marzano HRS™ in Arkansas
A harmonious system for quality education
Arkansas is using the Marzano High Reliability Schools™ framework to align the work of educators with best practices across the state. This framework also empowers Arkansas districts and schools to increase their reliability in providing a quality education to every student.
In January 2019, the Arkansas Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) distributed copies of two Marzano Resources titles—Leading a High Reliability School and A Handbook for High Reliability Schools—to the superintendent and building principals of each school district. These user-friendly teaching resources can help Arkansas educators transform their schools into organizations that take proactive steps to prevent failure and ensure student success.
