Susan Stephenson is an author, a speaker, and a coach. A former principal and central office leader, she worked as an educator in elementary and secondary schools for 35 years. An award-winning public speaker, Susan infuses each presentation with laughter and limitless creativity. She is passionate about universal student success and effective staff development through the lenses of trust, teamwork, happiness, and laughter.
Susan helps teams improve trust as the foundation for effective leadership, quality relationships, productive teamwork, and high student achievement. Increases in student achievement are directly correlated to levels of staff trust and commitment. Susan examines barriers and shares sequenced team strategies that build trust and improve morale.
Susan earned a bachelor of health sciences degree from the University of Guelph, a master of education from the University of Toronto, and Supervisory Officers’ Qualifications in Ontario, Canada.
