Ari Gerzon-Kessler leads the family partnerships department for the Boulder Valley School District in Boulder, Colorado. He is also an educational consultant working with schools and districts committed to forging stronger school-family relationships. Ari Gerzon-Kessler is a seasoned facilitator, has served as a teacher and principal, and currently leads the family partnerships department for the Boulder Valley School District in Boulder, Colorado.

Theodore Goergen, EdD, is the director of student activities at the award-winning Adlai E. Stevenson High School. A practitioner for nearly 20 years, he has served as a middle school and high school science teacher as well as a curriculum team leader.

Deborah Ricker is principal of Glenwood Ridge Elementary School in Basehor, Kansas. Prior to going into administration, she spent 19 years as a school psychologist in the Kansas City area.
