Felicia Wynter, EdD, is an experienced educator and professional learning expert who specializes in English language arts (ELA) instruction aligned to the science of reading. Through the use of implementation science, she effectively bridges the gap between research and practice in the ELA classroom. With a strong foundation in pedagogy and a passion for innovative teaching strategies, Dr. Wynter has dedicated her career to improving educational outcomes and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Her past professional experience includes high school English teacher, new teacher mentor and support coach, K–12 curriculum and instruction ELA professional learning facilitator, and district-wide professional learning specialist.
Known for a strategic approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Dr. Wynter is a leader in advancing education through impactful, research-based practices. She has worked with schools and organizations to create dynamic professional learning experiences that empower educators and enhance student achievement.
Dr. Wynter holds a doctorate in curriculum, instruction, and assessment; a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction in English/language arts; and a bachelor’s degree in English.
