Leanne Olinger is a current practitioner and instructional coach for the Fort Mill School District in South Carolina. With over 20 years of classroom and coaching experience in both middle and high school settings, Leanne offers a deep understanding of the challenges students, teachers, and administrators face at the secondary level. She specializes in helping schools build frameworks for collaboration and intervention that support student success from the transition into middle school through high school graduation. Leanne's professional passions include increasing reading volume, expanding opportunities for student discussion, and reducing student apathy.
Leanne earned an EdS in educational leadership from Arkansas State University, an MEd in literacy from Winthrop University, and is nationally board-certified in early and middle childhood literacy.
