Jody Gallimore, EdM, specializes in implementing professional learning communities (PLC) in the elementary and middle school settings. With over 35 years of experience, her roles of teacher, school leader, and district office leader enable her to coach using both experience and evidence-based practices.

Jody has held educational leadership positions, such as school principal, coordinator, and director in a Model PLC at Work® school district. As a coach of leaders, she used her highly collaborative approach to assist teams in student learning success, systematic interventions/extensions, and continuous problem-solving.

Jody earned a master’s degree in elementary education, a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and an administration certification from Arizona State University.
