Katie Kreimer Hall

Katie Kreimer Hall, EdD, is the supervisor of curriculum and professional development for Fort Smith Public Schools in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She has experience as an elementary and middle school administrator in high-poverty schools with large percentages of English language learners. She is passionate about building self-efficacy in teachers through the professional learning community (PLC) process in order to increase student achievement.

Prior to her current position, Dr. Kreimer Hall was the principal at Darby Middle School. Under her leadership, the school was selected by the Arkansas Department of Education to participate in its PLC at Work® project and later earned the distinction of being named a Model PLC at Work school by Solution Tree. Darby Middle School is recognized as an Arkansas School of Innovation. It was also the first school in Arkansas to be designated a Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) school by the American School Counseling Association for their tiered data-driven intervention system.

Dr. Kreimer Hall serves as a member of Arkansas’s state guiding coalition and is a Regional Network Arkansas Practitioner focused on developing PLCs throughout the state.

She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in special education from Missouri State University, and her educational specialist degree and doctorate in educational leadership from Southwest Baptist University.
