Deborah Watters

Deborah Watters

Deborah Watters is a retired educator who worked for the Wellington Catholic District School Board in Ontario, Canada, for 35 years. During her time of service, she was a K–4 classroom teacher, early literacy teacher, and program coordinator.

As a program coordinator, she took on a variety of roles, including supporting new and experienced classroom educators with a particular focus on collaborative inquiries, professional learning collaborations, K–8 literacy, elementary and secondary multilingual learners, and her passion: early learning and kindergarten. Deb has taught additional kindergarten qualifications courses and presented at numerous workshops and conferences.
