Claire Springer is a partner in education specializing in master scheduling at the elementary level, creating school systems to support the professional learning community (PLC) process, and implementing data protocols to monitor high levels of learning for all. She has 13 years of experience in education, eight of those years in school leadership.
Claire is currently the founding principal of Sandbrock Ranch Elementary in Denton ISD in Texas. Her unique experience in opening a school while focusing on the PLC at Work® and RTI at Work™ process will help any building principal build this work from the ground up.
