Artificial intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT are revolutionizing education, empowering teachers to work more efficiently and effectively while opening new learning pathways for students. From creating differentiated content to streamlining planning for instruction and intervention, AI offers endless opportunities to enhance the work of K12 teachers and collaborative teams. However, these tools also bring challenges and limitations that educators must navigate thoughtfully.

This intensive 2-day workshop (12 hours total) will guide school leaders, instructional coaches, and educators through the essential components of implementing a research-aligned, system-level Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to drive substantial reading improvement in their elementary and middle schools. Grounded in the science of reading and system-level change, participants will learn how to make data-driven decisions and build collaborative teams that sustain improvement over time.

During this workshop, teams of teachers, counselors, building administrators, and district administrators will study four distinctive leadership behaviors proven to promote positive change: (1) communication, (2) trust building, (3) professional capacity, and (4) universal accountability.
