Schools are being tested and burdened with an unprecedented variety of issues. They face academic challenges, social-emotional hurdles, and political and funding uncertainties. Adding to this pressure is the dire need for teachers during a record shortage, which means schools are now tasked with balancing urgent recruitment to fill vacancies and rapidly developing the skills of a new generation of educators who are learning while they lead in the classroom. Now more than ever, schools need to take a second look at their PLC efforts and learn how to fully benefit from collaboration. This workshop will help participants realize that our profession's greatest resource is the human resource.
