Lisa Reason, PhD, has been teaching and designing digital graduate curriculum for more than twelve years. She successfully led the development of numerous masters’ and doctoral programs and is widely recognized as an expert in online learning.

Lisa M. Reddel is executive principal of school improvement in a large metropolitan school district in Northern Virginia. She has over 30 years of experience in schools and districts as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district director, executive principal, and educational consultant.

Destiny Reddick, an educator with 17+ years, currently serves as an assistant school leader of instruction at an urban, open-enrollment public charter school. Dedicated to underserved students, she emphasizes achievement and social-emotional empowerment. With public school district leadership and experience as an assistant dean in higher education, Destiny presents nationally, authors instructional frameworks, and mentors teacher leaders.
