Veronica C. Rodriguez, EdD, is the curriculum and instruction world languages and dual language coordinator at Pasadena Independent School District. With more than 23 years in education, she has served as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and district-level administrator.

Rich Rodriguez is principal of TeWinkle Intermediate School in Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) in California. He led the implementation of an effective reading and math intervention model.

Lyndsay Rogers is a literary specialist and an instructional coach with nearly 20 years of experience in the education industry. Prior to instructional coaching, Lyndsay acted as an interventionist, elementary teacher, and professional learning facilitator for both public and private educational institutions.

Brad Rogers is currently the principal at Cadott Elementary School in Wisconsin. He has been an educator for 28 years and specializes in helping schools implement collaborative processes that lead to high levels of learning.

Kipp D. Rogers, PhD, is director of secondary instruction for York County Schools in Virginia. With nearly 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Rogers has classroom teaching and instructional leadership experience at all levels in urban and suburban schools.

Paula Rogers is an educational speaker who supports schools in the implementation of PLC and RTI. Paula retired in 2015 after a career in public education as the deputy superintendent for instruction, accountability, and human resources for Hallsville ISD, a midsize district in East Texas with five Title 1 campuses.

Madeleine Rogin is a change leader for Ashoka’s Start Empathy Initiative and Changemaker Schools Network. An educator for more than 20 years, she is a kindergarten and dance teacher at Prospect Sierra School in California.

Kyle is the principal of Powell Middle School in Powell, Wyoming. Prior to administration, he was an elementary teacher where he developed the passion for professional learning communities and the power behind building a strong culture and teamwork in a school.

Chad Roland, EdD, is the assistant to the superintendent at Kiski Area School District in Western Pennsylvania. The collaborative efforts at Kiski Area High School earned recognition as a Model PLC at Work® school in 2017, a distinction successfully reestablished in 2023.

Nicole Roorda, EdD, is the interim superintendent for the Johnston Community School District in Iowa. She has extensive experience with K–12 students and teachers and brings a joy of learning to the workshops she conducts.
