Today, as an educational consultant, she facilitates professional learning on instructional coaching, AI strategy and implementation, and data-driven continuous improvement. Her AI workshops focus on creating district-to-classroom policies that balance purpose with AI literacy, ethics, academic integrity, and data privacy.

Richard Bernato, EdD, is an adjunct professor, education expert, author, podcaster, and blogger. With 55 years of experience, he specializes in higher education, extensive research, leadership positions in K–12 settings, and consultancy work alongside presentations for various school districts.
