What are the enemies that prevent efficacy from developing—and how can teams prevent derailment? Collective teacher efficacy is a significant belief system that impacts student outcomes. To ensure that collective efficacy remains strong in schools, it’s important to understand what influences a team’s beliefs regarding accomplishment. It’s equally important to know what strengthens that sense of efficacy and what might weaken it.
