About the Presenters
Robert Mountjoy served as a classroom teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal during his 14 years as an educator. For the past three years, he served as the principal of West Side Elementary School in Catoosa County, Georgia. Believing that everyone has genius and that every student can learn at high levels, Mr. Mountjoy led West Side Elementary to be recognized by Solution Tree as a Model PLC School in 2020 and by Franklin Covey Education as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School in 2021.

Kim Nichols, EdD, currently serves as an assistant superintendent in Ringgold, Georgia. Other experience includes classroom teacher, elementary principal, and school improvement specialist. Under her leadership 12 schools became PLC Model Schools and the school system a PLC Model School District.

Yes, you can join a book study at any time during its live broadcast.

Will a copy of the book be provided to participants?
No, a copy of the book will not be provided. You may order the book at any time. We encourage you to have a copy of the book to more closely follow along with the presenter, but having a copy of the book is not required.

Certificates are provided to attendees of live book study sessions only. Certificates are emailed to all attendees of live sessions approximately one week after the webinar. Certificates are not provided to viewers of recorded sessions.
