Stephanie Discher serves as the director of elementary education for Wasatch County School District in Utah. With a sincere passion for empowering educators, she is dedicated to fostering a deep understanding of and appreciation for the professional learning community process.

Juli K. Dixon, PhD, is a professor of mathematics education at the University of Central Florida. An active researcher, she has also taught mathematics at the elementary, middle, and secondary levels.

Susan D. Dixon is a speech and language pathologist supporting elementary-aged children in the Monroe County Community School Corporation in Indiana. She also works for the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University.

Alex Dixon supports children struggling with critical illness and other disabilities through motivational talks she provides across the United States. She shares her personal story of overcoming adversity as well as what she found most supportive and helpful throughout her recovery.

Jessica Dixon supports high-achieving students with disabilities, as well as students who are the siblings of children with critical illnesses.

Tom Dodd, PhD, is a speaker and leader with over 30 years of experience in public education and higher education combined. He served as president of the Colorado Association of School Executives and as an International Baccalaureate® leader.

Louise E. Donaghey is an international educator and trainer with more than 20 years of experience. A former classroom teacher and Primary Years Programme coordinator, Louise currently serves as an elementary instructional coach at Singapore American School.

Ryan Donlan, EdD, is a professor in the Department of Educational Leadership in the Bayh College of Education at Indiana State University and served for 20 years in traditional and charter schools in K–12 education.

Jenni Donohoo, PhD, is a professional learning facilitator, author, and researcher. She has multiyear partnerships with numerous organizations and government agencies, where she works alongside system and school leaders supporting high-quality professional learning designed to improve outcomes for all students.

Craig Dougherty is superintendent of Sheridan County School District No. 2 in Sheridan, Wyoming. He has been an educator since 1983, with background as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent.
