Blane McCann, PhD, is the superintendent of Westside Community Schools in Omaha, Nebraska. Previously, Dr. McCann served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and elementary and middle school principal, as well as executive director for K–8 instruction.
- Katherine McCluskey
Katherine McCluskey is the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching, Learning and Accountability at Glen Ellyn School District 41 in Illinois. A former K–12 teacher, she has worked with students and staff with a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds.

Mary McCorvey has worked in public education for over 20 years. As an instructional specialist, she works with K–12 teachers and administrators to support students receiving special education services in inclusive settings.

Josh McMahon, EdD, is the assistant superintendent of education programs for Morton District 201 in Illinois. Previously, he served as principal of Morton West High School.

Michael L. McWilliams is a fierce advocate for classroom teachers, school leaders and staff members who work daily to ensure all students learn at high levels. Michael has spent the last 28 years as an educator, with 20 of those years serving as an elementary school principal. Equipping and empowering others to be the best version of themselves is his life’s mission. He specializes in developing the foundation needed for effective implementation of the Professional Learning Communities at Work® process.

Hope Meares is a digital learning coach in Anderson School District One, located in upstate South Carolina. She works with teachers on the implementation of digital learning strategies in their classrooms while also supporting professional learning communities in the district.

Kristina Medlin is a dedicated professional learning community trainer in the Deer Valley Unified School District, a Model Professional Learning Community at Work® district. She works passionately to build capacity and the professional learning communities process across campuses.
- Danette Meyer
Danette Meyer served as assistant superintendent for language and culture in a Model PLC at Work® school district and led the implementation of the PLC process as principal of a dual language elementary school.
