Meg Carnes, a consultant, has spent over 25 years in K–12 public education. She is a former high school English teacher and department chair. Meg was also an adjunct instructor at Syracuse University.

Steven Carney is the executive director of Rooted School Vancouver, an innovative charter high school committed to building the roots of upward mobility.

Scott Carr has more than 30 years of experience as an educator and administrator at the middle school level. He was the principal at Heritage Middle School in Liberty, Missouri, for 21 years.

Bob Carter is principal of Shauna May Seneca School in Alberta, Canada. He has extensive experience leading and sustaining educational change through establishing, developing, and refining PLCs.

Heather Carter is the current secondary instructional support specialist for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. She specializes in cultivating and sustaining a PLC culture by providing support to teacher collaborative teams, leadership teams, and district stakeholders.

Lisa Carter is a nationally recognized presenter, keynote speaker, author, and consultant. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and has served as an administrator at the elementary and secondary levels.

Gwendolyn Cartledge, PhD, is professor emerita at the Ohio State University’s College of Education and Human Ecology. Her professional research and writings have centered on the development of students with and without disabilities, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.

Dawn Caruso, EdD, is a former district administrator of assessment and accountability in Florida. She also served as a virtual school administrator as well as a literacy coach at the state and school level.

Treena Casey is executive director of teaching and learning at Singapore American School. She previously served as assistant director for curriculum and instruction at Shekou International School in China.

Tom Castellano has 50 years of experience in education. He shares his knowledge with educators as a consultant who offers presentations and workshops on Lee Canter’s relationship-based classroom management.
