Nick Stever is the principal of Bernice Ayer Middle School in San Clemente, California. With more than 20 years in education, Nick specializes in implementing professional learning communities and creating collaborative cultures that promote high levels of learning for all.

Cecilia Bonertz is the academic dean at Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School, a Model PLC at Work® school in Fort Collins, Colorado. She provides professional development related to the four guiding questions, leading her school to sustained, substantive school improvement.

Justin K. Fisk is the director of multilingual learning for Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Justin’s current work focuses on professional learning community implementation, supporting learning and building agency for multilingual learners, and implementing evidence-based learning and assessment.
