Danette Meyer served as assistant superintendent for language and culture in a Model PLC at Work® school district and led the implementation of the PLC process as principal of a dual language elementary school.

Dr. Kristin Mansell is an assistant professor at Texas Tech University in the College of Education. She has worked with science teachers around the country on unwrapping standards, assessment practices, grading, and collaborative teaming.

With more than 30 years’ education experience, John Murtell is a former assistant superintendent in Texas. In this role, he supervised elementary principals and worked closely with priority schools to improve their academic standing.

Bonnie Richburg currently serves as the elementary specialist for the Madison County School System in Alabama. Previously, she has served as classroom teacher, reading coach, assistant principal, and principal.

Melody Stacy is chief academic officer for the Northern Kentucky Cooperative for Educational Services. With more than 26 years of experience amplifying school culture and student success, she has served as a teacher, curriculum specialist, and principal.

Laura Kindron Coy is the principal of Clarence Lobo Elementary School in San Clemente, California. She specializes in transforming school culture through the implementation of the PLC process inclusive of Title I, special education, and advanced learners.

Amanda Meadows, EdD, is a middle school resource specialist for Madison County School System in Huntsville, Alabama. She has supported the work of professional learning communities as a middle school instructional coach, assistant principal, and K–12 assessment specialist.

Yodit Hizekiel is the elementary deputy principal at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, a Model PLC at Work® school. She is passionate about promoting student success through equipping teachers to implement the PLC process.
