Charlie Coleman has been a principal at the high school, middle, and elementary school levels in ethnically and socioeconomically diverse communities, where he effectively decreased behavior problems and increased academic success. Creating positive learning environments for ALL continues to be a priority for Charlie, and he has experience improving school culture in many schools, K–12.

Adam Collins, PhD, is the founder of Envision Zero Bullying and author of Effective Bullying Prevention: A Comprehensive Schoolwide Approach. He has over 15 years of experience researching and implementing bullying prevention best practices at the school, district, and state levels.

Jill Colyer has worked in educational leadership positions for over 20 years. Throughout her career, Jill has committed to improving student outcomes and supporting teacher growth as a classroom teacher, coordinator, and principal in both public and private school systems.

Becky Conner is a specially designed instruction executive coach at the Georgia Department of Education with over 32 years of experience. A former special education director, she is recognized for her leadership in inclusive education and student success.

Laura Conwell is the principal of Longfellow Elementary in Bozeman, Montana. She has nearly 20 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and principal.

Anne E. Conzemius, a trainer and coach, has served as director of employee development and training for Wisconsin’s Department of Employment Relations, and as assistant state superintendent at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Clayton R. Cook, PhD, is the chief development officer at CharacterStrong, an organization that aims to create a more loving world through education by designing low-burden, high-impact multitiered solutions.

Lori Cooper, PhD, serves as the assistant superintendent of student achievement in the Fountain–Fort Carson School District in Colorado. She has served in public education for 30 years.

Damian Cooper has specialized in student assessment for more than 20 years. He has been a secondary English, special education, and drama teacher; a department head; a librarian; a school consultant; and a curriculum developer.

Margaret Coughlan, EdD, is a classroom teacher, district leader, researcher, and adjunct faculty member at Saint Mary’s College of California. Her professional work includes teaching elementary students, teachers, and graduate school master’s candidates.
