Dr. Ripley is currently teaching in the departments of elementary and secondary education at the University of Alberta and has over 35 years of experience at the elementary, junior high/middle school, high school, college, and university levels.

Samuel Ritchie is a consultant with 35 years of experience as a practitioner. For most of those years, he was the director of technology at Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Illinois.

Georgina Rivera is an elementary school principal with over 20 years of experience in public education. She works with educators and leaders to build collaborative teams and ensure all students receive high-quality mathematics instruction.

Dr. Kari Roan began teaching in 2002, serving as a 6th-grade English teacher and dance team director. She believes in ensuring high levels of learning for all students and enjoys creating conditions that help educators succeed.

Michael Roberts is an author and consultant with over two decades of experience in education. Michael has been a teacher and administrator at every level from elementary school to the district office and has worked with students from all demographics.

Doug Robertson is a classroom teacher with nearly 20 years of experience. He is the author of four teaching books, including The Cardboard Classroom for Solution Tree.

Janet Robinson has worked in education for more than 40 years, serving as teacher, counselor, school psychologist, assistant superintendent, a senior consultant for Lee Canter and Associates, and a superintendent.

Rich Rodriguez is principal of TeWinkle Intermediate School in Newport-Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) in California. He led the implementation of an effective reading and math intervention model.

Lyndsay Rogers is a literacy advocate, coach, and consultant with over 22 years in elementary education. She specializes in empowering teachers and instructional coaches, with a focus on continuous improvement, literacy, and instructional leadership.

Brad Rogers is currently the principal at Cadott Elementary School in Wisconsin. He has been an educator for 28 years and specializes in helping schools implement collaborative processes that lead to high levels of learning.
