Kimber Fessler serves as the principal of Clark Elementary in Evanston, Wyoming. An educator for nearly 20 years, she has experience in classroom teaching both primary and intermediate grades, instructional coaching (K–6), and administration.

Aria E. Fiat, PhD, is an assistant professor and pediatric psychologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She is committed to making mental health care more equitable and accessible through integrated systems of service delivery that emphasize prevention.

Kathryn Fishman-Weaver, PhD, is an educator, author, school leader, and international lecturer. She began her teaching career in a public K–8 school in Oakland, California, and currently serves as the executive director of Mizzou Academy.

Justin K. Fisk is the director of multilingual learning for Adlai E. Stevenson High School District 125 in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Justin’s current work focuses on professional learning community implementation, supporting learning and building agency for multilingual learners, and implementing evidence-based learning and assessment.
- JoAnne Flanagan
Dr. JoAnne Andre-Flanagan has more than 30 years of experience in the field, where she has served across the preK–12 continuum as a teacher, building administrator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent.
- Jillayne Flanders
Jillayne Flanders the executive director of the Center for Educational Improvement, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting mindful and compassionate schools with heart-centered, trauma-informed practices. She has taught graduate classes at Westfield State University, supervised student teachers at Mount Holyoke College, and lectured at Boston University, Springfield College, Boston College, and Harvard Graduate School of Education.
