Robin J. Fogarty, PhD, has trained educators throughout the world in curriculum, instruction, and assessment strategies. She has taught at all levels, served as an administrator, and consulted with state departments and ministries of education.

Cheryl Fondren has more than 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, reading coach, and administrator. Specializing in the transformation of high-poverty schools, she has successfully led school improvement efforts.

Glenn Forbes is a school principal and school improvement coach in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Glenn’s strong belief in cultivating collective teacher efficacy and establishing a culture of high expectations has resulted in marked improvement in various schools.

Evisha Ford, EdD, is the founding executive director of the iCan Dream Center in Illinois and a sought-after thought leader specializing in trauma-compassionate leadership, equity, and diverse learners. She is a former assistant superintendent and director of special education.

Erik M. Francis is an international author, educator, and presenter. He provides professional development on how to plan and provide engaging teaching and learning experiences that are academically rigorous, socially and emotionally supportive, standards-based, and student responsive.

Victoria Francis, MEd, EdS, spent over 40 years teaching high school across Idaho, New Mexico, and Hawaii. Her work inspired a passion for working with “underdog” students—those who others felt had poor future prospects.

Luke Francois, EdD, is superintendent of Waterford Union High School in Wisconsin. He specializes in the continuous improvement process to support the work of PLCs in small rural and large suburban districts.

Dr. Lisa A. Brooks is a senior lecturer in the School of Teacher Education at the University of Central Florida. She has experience in public and private K–8 school settings, including in teaching, mentoring, and coaching. She is an award-winning author of such titles as Making Sense of Mathematics for Teaching Grades K–2 and Making Sense of Mathematics for Teaching the Small Group, and she has published work in national and international education journals as well. Dr. Brooks provides professional development for educators, instructional coaches, and administrators.

Dr. Anne Franklin has lived the work of a Professional Learning Community throughout her entire career as a teacher, principal, and district leader in both public and private schools.

Bruce R. Fraser, EdD, is an assistant superintendent at a large metropolitan district in Georgia. He specializes in leadership, difficult conversations, coaching, creating a positive culture, and the power of influence.
