Act 427 of 2017

Act 427, signed into law by Arkansas’ 91st General Assembly on March 9, 2017, required that any increases in professional development funding in each school year must be spent on professional learning communities. The law amended § 6-20-2305(b)(5) of the Arkansas Code.
