This highly interactive two-day workshop lays out a framework for small schools or schools with singleton teachers to collaborate meaningfully in order to help students learn skills that really matter. Following a seven-step framework, you’ll learn how to develop a schedule that allows for effective teaming for all, determine collaborative essential outcomes, set SMART goals, and monitor progress throughout.

- Explore the five structures of collaborative teams using stories from real PLC at Work® schools.
- Consider what skills are needed for students to succeed in an “innovation economy.”
- Learn a process for identifying essential skills that transcend any single content discipline.

- Discover how to use data to make appropriate and doable intervention decisions.
- Create a concrete and doable plan for collaborating in powerful, meaningful ways that support student achievement.
