Jen supports schools throughout the country with the professional learning community and response to intervention school improvement processes.

Ann-Bailey Lipsett is a special education specialist and DIR/Floortime practitioner with twenty years of experience working with children, families, and schools.

Kramer takes the participants on an alternate journey through the acceleration pathway that closes the achievement gap quickly enough to access grade and course level learning for all students.

Ashley Andriot serves the Kentucky Department of Education as a literacy coaching specialist. She is devoted to building teacher capacity and motivating and inspiring teachers to meet their full potential through high-quality professional development sessions.

Patricia Musick is the executive director of elementary education at Willis Independent School District in Willis, Texas. Her focus is coaching instructional leaders at elementary and district levels through the PLC Process in order to grow their students and teachers.
